Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be really happy with your Our Wool Naturally bedding purchase, however, if it’s not love at first sight when you receive your item, we will offer an exchange or refund on full-price items within 14 days of delivery (30 days for international orders) less the cost of shipping and handling.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you choose to return your item for refund or exchange please;
- email [email protected] to obtain a return authorisation. Returned items will not be accepted without a return authorisation.
- Include in the email your reason for return.
- Wait for a reply email from Our Wool Naturally (48hours)
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Any returned item that is damaged will not be accepted.
Once the returned item has been received by Our Wool Naturally, we will advise you by email. Refunds are processed to the same method of original payment.
Unless an item has a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the postage costs for refund or exchange. Our Wool Naturally is not responsible for any return item until received by us, and we, therefore, recommend registered mail to ensure proof of receipt.
Our Wool Naturally is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
