Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for my new wool product?
Your new wool product will benefit greatly from regular airing and sunlight. Gently spot wash any small marks with a quality wool wash. Our Wool Naturally products are not machine washable.
Can the wool move around?
During manufacturing the wool has been formed into a wadding which has then been stitched securely so the wool will not clump or move to one end.

Outside this area, we will package and post your purchase through Australia Post where a signature will be required to take delivery.

Where does the wool come from?
The wool used in our products is 100% wool grown on the sheep we raise on our farm, Forge Creek Farms, in East Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. forgecreekfarms.com.au (full website coming soon)
Wool is a sustainable, renewable resource that is grown on the bodies of sheep and is shorn off each year to allow another fleece to grow.
How is the wool processed?
After shearing time at the farm, the wool is baled and transported to a Melbourne warehouse where it is scoured & carded into a wadding. No chemicals or resins are used in the process which makes our products ideal for those who have allergies.
What type of wool is my product made of?
The wool used in our premium bedding products comes from Merino/Border Leicester Cross sheep which is a quality fleece wool with consistent fibre and crimp characteristics giving superior comfort.
Where are the wool products made?
Our Wool Naturally products have been hand crafted by local people with an eye for detail and quality, at a local Gippsland business, Victoria, Australia.
